Our Recipes

Saint Tropez Spritz
Ingredients:
8cl Bellot Grapefruit
4cl White Wine (Chardonnay)
1cl Monin Sugar Syrup
2cl Raspberry Liquor (Chambord)
A fresh egg white

Dry shake and filter the egg white. Shake the wine, Chambord and syrup into a shaker. Pour through a fine cocktail strainer, into a martini glass. Top up with Bellot Grapfruit and the egg white.
Cannes Caress
Ingredients:
8cl Bellot Original
4cl Grey Goose Vodka
1,5cl fresh lime juice
2cl Limoncello
A few Algae Cocktail spices
A few pepper-lemon spices

Shake the Vodka, Limoncello, lime juice, algae and pepper-lemon spices. Pour through a fine cocktail strainer into a large glass filled with ice. Top up with Bellot Original and decorate with raspberries.
Monaco Mule
Ingredients:
8cl Bellot Lemon & Ginger
4cl Grey Goose Vodka
2cl Watermelon liquor
2cl Lime juice
A fresh egg white

Dry shake & filter the egg white. Shake the Vodka, lime juice and watermelon liquor before pouring the mix into a tumbler glass filled with ice. Top up with Bellot Lemon & Ginger and the egg white.
Bougainvilliers
Ingredients:
12cl Bellot Grapefruit
1cl Monin Hibiscus Syrup
2cl Saint Germain Elderflower liqueur
A few dry Majorana flowers
A few dry Angelica flowers

Shake the syrup, Saint Germain, Majorana and Angelica flowers. Pour through a fine cocktail strainer into a tumbler glass filled with ice. Top up with Bellot Grapefruit. Decorate with a few hibiscus flowers.
Ocean Breeze
Ingredients:
8/12cl Bellot Lemon & Ginger
2cl Monin Tarragon Syrup
3cl Fresh Cucumber juice
2cl Fresh Lime juice

Shake the syrup, cucumber and lime juice. Pour through a fine cocktail strainer into a tumbler glass filled with ice. Top up with Bellot Lemon & Ginger. Decorate with fresh tarragon and cucumber.
La Provence
Ingredients:
8cl Bellot Original
2cl Monin Pistachio Syrup
A bit of Vanilla powder
A fresh egg white
.
Dry shake & filter the egg white. Shake the pistachio syrup and vanilla powder, before pouring through a double strainer into a tumbler glass filled with ice. Top up with Bellot Original.
