Our Story

The history of the Bellot House began in 1945, when Louis Bellot decided to create cider for all the farmers and inhabitants of the canton of Chaource.

Over the years, what has begun as a craft production grows, mixing the best of know-how and creativity to imagine innovative recipes that can exalt taste buds. The recipes multiply: with cider add pure apple juice and a traditional lemonade.

In 2020, Maison Bellot continues to innovate and launches a new range of sparkling fruit drinks, each of which is a tribute to its quality and art of living heritage.

Drinks made with 49% minimum fruit and without added sugar*, thanks to a selection of sweet and light apples married to the lively citrus.
